There is something special about things made by a person instead of mass produced by machine.  Our website will lead you to artists and craftsmen who want to make a difference in the world.  Each item they make and sell contributes to the protection of wildlife and wild places.  Check out their stores and you may find just what you're looking for or something totally unexpected.  It's an adventure.

If you are an artist or craftsman with an online presence and a love of nature, you have come to the right place.  By participating, everything you create has the potential to make a difference in the world.  To participate in ForMotherNature, you will be pledging a portion of your sales proceeds to an environmental organization with a focus on wildlife or wild places.  You may have a favorite organization in mind, or we can help you find one.

As ForMotherNature grows and becomes well known, more and more visitors will learn about you and your store and hopefully will become your customers.  They will also be able to learn more about the environmental organizations you support and be inspired to become supporters as well.

We hope you are excited to join us.  The FAQs have some basic information and the Terms of Use contains all the details while still being readable.  Decide to do something for the planet and contact Cathy, founder of

All photographers are now participating as artists with shops and pledges. Please let Cathy know when you sign up as an artist that you would like to have your best images of wildlife and wild places included on the Home page. Your photos help our visitors envision what we are trying to save.

Take part in the design, development, and outreach of  Opportunity open to University of Colorado (Boulder campus) students and faculty.  Use your skills, insights, and creativity on something real.  There is much to do and something for everyone.  Check out this list of some amazing, some challenging, and some routine things YOU could do to help. Contact the founder, Cathy to get started.  This is an all volunteer project, rewards are non-monetary.  You will sharpen your skill set, get experience on a live website, and perhaps best of all, make a difference.

If you know artists with an online presence, please tell them about us.  They might enjoy being part of a community of like-minded people, where each piece of art they create and sell contributes to saving part of our natural world.

And tell everyone else about us too.  Our website is a great way to find artists making a difference.
